Acceptance

Assume that you continue to browse and order through this website (collectively, “Patterns Room”, “Patterns Room”, “we” or “us”, as applicable), you (including the persons or entities on whose behalf you are accessing or ordering) you agree to abide by and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. We may revise, amend or change the Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

Custom University and Artwork Design

You must be willing to share your photographs/digital artifacts with Patterns Room to get a custom quote from us. Unless we evaluate your images, we may not be able to provide you with a price quote.

You provide us with your design inputs and images, we review them, and then pay for the order (100% in case of soft copy only delivery and at least 85% for print works), which is then confirmed. Once your order is confirmed, the project can be started at any time by us. You are NOT allowed to change the – 1) Type of collage 2) Number of images 3) The set of images 4) Orientation (Horizontal/Vertical) 5) Print size 6) Any other input you specifically mentioned or gave us your consent to make on your behalf during input collection.

You will be provided with a preview of the final collage/artwork in the finish of your design. You must send us your acceptance/feedback within three days to finalize the design. Suppose you have some comments/feedback about the preview (about the recreational or aesthetic aspects, but excluding the parameters mentioned in the previous point). In that case, Patterns Room will make every effort to implement them, but Patterns Room also reserves the right to make the final decision on a departure. If your modification requires considerable redesign effort due to inappropriate/ambiguous/contradictory input from you, it may not be possible to comply without incurring additional charges. Therefore Patterns Room reiterates to the client to be very clear and specific about their design requirements while providing the inputs initially and NOT in a finished product. However, we are sure that you will simply love our work, and we must offer you 100% satisfaction.

Let's say we don't hear from you within three days of sending the preview. In that case, the design (if multiple samples are provided, like Photo Mosaics & Blended College, then the one we think is the best) will be finalized, and the final invoice will be sent to you to make the balance payment, if any. . The artwork will be delivered to you if it is paid in full, marking the order as “complete”. Final delivery of high-resolution screen prints or artwork printing and shipping will take place only after the client pays 100% of the total cost of the project.

Patterns Room will NOT deliver to you the individual photos (which may have been color corrected, effects given), additional clip art, background image and other additional text, which are the by-products/additions at the pre-design/design stage. You have the right to have the final collage/illustration file as a single jpeg (or png or any agreed format) image and the final printed version sent to you if you have opted for the printed product.

It should also be noted that the price quote and delivery time given by Patterns Room for any particular project proposal stands for seven days from the date of quote citation. If the client does not pay or contact us within this period, Patterns Room reserves all rights to cancel the proposal. In such cases, if the prospect is approached with the same or a different proposal at a later time, it would be considered as a new project. Therefore, a new calendar with a new appointment will take effect, as applicable, at that time.

Printing

All artwork designed by Patterns Room is delivered as the highest quality image files with file sizes that naturally become significant (from a few megabytes to much more depending on your design type and various images), the specification of the file is JPEG / 250-300 DPI / RGB. This is supported by all digital print shops. However, if your print setup requires a different specification and/or file size restriction, you must mention this prior to order confirmation. There is no guarantee that Patterns Room will be able to handle such modification requests after design completion. Even in the probability of doing so, you may incur additional charges.

Patterns Room is in no way responsible for any color/texture variances or any other print related issues that arise from printing the artwork on your end or by 3rd Party Printing Service Providers through Patterns. Room. While samples shown on computer/LCD/led screens will give you a fair enough idea, on actual photo paper/canvas/wallpaper prints, color may vary to some extent because screens and Printers render images in different color palettes. Also, two monitors or printers can have other display and print profiles, respectively. Please note that this is why reprints of the same artwork may not be ditto. This is true universally for any printer on earth and applicable for all kinds of digital prints. Also, while it is true that you can print any type of artwork designed by us on any surface, it may not mean that every type of design will look aesthetically pleasing on every surface except branded photo paper and premium canvas, which are the de facto standards. Patterns Room can provide suggestions during the creative brainstorming stage regarding these various aspects; however, the responsibility lies with the customer if he/she decides to print the creative works on other surfaces, namely wallpaper/glass/tiles/clothing material etc.

Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policies

You can cancel your order at any time prior to payment by sending an email to Patterns Room mentioning the reason and your order reference number.

Once the payment is made, your order is confirmed, and we can start working on it at any time. So no refund at this stage will be entertained. However, in the event such a request is made where design/print/text customization (as applicable) has not been initiated, Patterns Room, at its sole discretion, may offer a refund of 70% of the full cost amount. of the project (keeping 30% as processing fee, transaction, consulting and service charges) Or we can adjust 90% of your amount against a new order of equal or greater value.

Once design/print/text customization has been started, no refund/exchange can be processed.

THERE IS NO OTHER SCENARIO in custom collage/artwork design or purchase of college/premade photography or other service requests where the buyer is eligible for a refund.

Intellectual property rights and branding

All works of art contained in this website are protected by copyright, and distribution rights are reserved. Other than User Content (customer entries and images), Patterns Room and/or our software providers, artists and photographers of the individual digital artifacts, as applicable, own or license all text, graphics, logos, icons, images and all such content is protected by international copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You are not permitted to reproduce or distribute, or cause to be reproduced or distributed, whether commercially or for non-commercial purposes, any images or materials you retrieve from the Site (except for your custom artwork designed by us, which you may use for any non-commercial purpose, eg home/official decoration/gifts etc.), without the prior written permission of Patterns Room.com and, in the case of copyrighted materials, the copyright owner, except for reproduction that occurs in the normal course of viewing/sharing using a web browser with due acknowledgment and mention of Patterns Room.com and retaining the artifact as is.

In case you buy a Collage / Art from us, the copyright of it still belongs to Patterns Room and the individual image rights with the respective artists / photographers. You are NOT allowed to pop the artwork.

All artwork designed by Patterns Room will carry company watermarks as part of our brand without exception. However, careful placement(s) will ensure that the overall aesthetic is never compromised.

Reselling artwork designed by Patterns Room and/or any tampering with the final work i.e. trying to remove our brand/add our own logo or watermark, whether custom or pre-designed artwork, will constitute an offense punishable unless the written consent of Patterns Room is taken a prior hand. So let's say you are ordering on behalf of a business and intend to sell our designs/products to your customers. In that case, you MUST first partner with Patterns Room and discuss your plans, without being subject to legal action at any time for violation of Patterns Room policies.

Use of the Service

The User is solely responsible for the content (both information and images) that he provides for the Design. You are not permitted to use the Site to upload anything that violates anyone's copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property rights, or rights of privacy, or possibly confidential and proprietary information.

Patterns Room reserves the right NOT to process any order if it finds the content to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, humiliating, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable.

Use of any information or material on this website is at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It will be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
